Easy Chicken Taquitos

This was quite delicious and will make again. I substituted a few tbsp of salsa for the pepper sauce since I was cooking for kids. Whole family loved it.

Heavenly Chipped Chocolate and Hazelnut Cheesecake

Delicious!!!! I could used hazelnuts that were in the shell so this was a family project that took all day. But it was delicious. I substituted 1 tb baileys and 2 tb hazelnut coffee creamer.

Three Bean Salad

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Very Good Chocolate Chip cookie recipe. This rivals those cookies from the local bakery. Soft and just a little chewy and not too flat. This is my new favorite cookie. The only change I made was to add 1/2 cup flour since my cookies always seem to turn out too flat. These were perfect.

Fruit Dip VI

Kids love it. I usually add 1 cup of crushed peanuts to the dip and call it Carmel Apple Dip. Great as a snack or dessert. I've found even the non dessert eaters cannot resist this one.
