I can hear myself getting fatter. These are AMAZING! And the batter....holy moley I can't believe any actually made it into the oven! I used an Airbake cookie sheet for the first time and ten minutes definitely wasn't enough, but 12 seemed about right. And the 5 minutes cooling on the sheet afterwards is a must. These are AWESOME!!!

Sugar Toasted Almond Spinach Salad

LOVE IT! I'm a pretty boring salad eater. I normally don't like a "busy" salad at all. We made this for Thanksgiving and we all loved it, inlucding me! Definitely make the dressing and the home-made candied almonds are amazing! Make more almonds than it calls for and save them to eat later! So good!

Healing Cabbage Soup

I make this recipe all the time and it never gets old! Twice this week in fact! My changes are: I use chicken broth instead of water and bouillon. I use the sauce from the tomatoes! I double the garlic. I also add 1/2 teas. of cayenne and 1/2 teas. of red pepper flakes. The broth is amazing!!! We like it spicy, though, so you may not want to add that much pepper! But if you like spicy food, then this broth is for you!

Champion Roast Beef Sandwiches

Italian Cheese Bread

My husband and I really loved this recipe, though you definitely don't know there's chesse in the bread! It could have a bit more of the spicey flavor but it was still great and will be made again! I also made this without the bread machine and it turned out perfect. I didn't use a bread pan, either.

Pasta Con Broccoli

I thought this was pretty bland. It was definitely missing something. Or many things! I used more broccoli and mushrooms and steamed them first. The sauce was just boring.

Crusty French Bread

Chocolate Dream Cake

I'm not sure what happened with my cake, but it was a complete disaster!!! I cooked it for around an hour, according to the other reviews, but it sure didn't work! ALl the cherries stuck to the bottom of the pan and it wasn't cooked enough on the inside but burned on the outside! To top it off, the ruins didn't even taste okay! I had to make an emergency run to the store to buy a birthday pre-made cheesecake!

Red Pepper Soup

This is the best soup I've ever had!! I didn't even garnish it at the end. I did put 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes in with the chicken broth and it came out perfect!

Spicy Chicken Curry

This definitely calls for too much onion! Next time I will cut the amount in half. It also seemed that the recipe was missing something. Slightly disappointing...

This was really easy to make and delicious, but I do wish it was flatter so that we could wrap some food into it. Next time I will try to use bigger pieces that are pretty thin.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This was so good and easy to make. I added some flour to the recipe and ended up adding quite a bit of milk, too, as I wanted more sauce. I also doubled the cajun seasoning. It was perfect!
