Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Beautiful, wonderful sweet cornbread. I followed some advice from other reviewers: I only used 1/2 cup sugar and since I didn't have buttermilk I took out one TBSP milk and added one TBSP apple vinegar and let set for 5 min. So yummy...as we say here in the south, "make you wanna slap your momma."
