Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Amazing. I know everyone else has already said it, but it's true. The recipe is perfect exactly how it is. SO flavorful and I only marinated 4 hours- the pork was moist and juicy and my husband won't stop talking about it. Also- such an inexpensive dinner using stuff you probably already have in your cabinet! This is a new favorite in our house.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Very good and easy! Got rid of some leftover broth and salsa all at the same time! Very very yummy! I've got a brand new 12 week old and this was so fast, she didn't even wake up before I ate!

Dried Cherries and Apple Pie

So so good. Got nothing but compliments on this pie. After ten or fifteen minutes I lowered the temp to 325 and I cooked it a little longer. Works well even without cherries. A definite Thanksgiving favorite at our house!
