I love to have big holiday dinners, especially Thanksgiving. I don't mind preparing the whole thing by myself, so long as I have no interruptions.

My cooking tragedies
The first real meal I prepared for my husband when we were dating. I let the swordfish cook for an hour and it was a crumbled mess! My calamari came out like (as my husband likes to call them) fried rubber bands! Thankfully, I've mastered them now.
