Rhubarb Cheesecake
WOW! this is wonderful. I'm surprised theres no picture because it looks absolutely beautiful. My sister claims to dislike rhubarb AND cheesecake and she LOVES this pie! I used neufchatel instead of cream cheese and whipped it at high speed for 2 min. I would liken it to custard rather than cheesecake.YUM!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
OMG! followed the recipe with tips from other reviewers: greased pan well,filled to 1 1/2" of space between batter and top of pan, used mini choco chips and made sure cake mix did not have "pudding in the mix". Having done all this it turned out perfect. Best chocolate cake EVER!

Kielbasa Alfredo
This was too rich for me. I think the kielbasa and alfredo are just too much together.
