Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2006
This chicken was sooo easy. The taste was amazing. I did spice the chicken befor I browned it. I also added some left over apple pieces in the sauce, and poured over the chicken. I will make this again!

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2006
This was really good. I did take some of the soup out about an hour befor it was done and added a quarter of a cup of flour to it, and then whisked it in. Then I poured it all back in and cooked for another hour on High. This made it thick, and we served in warm bread bowls!

This recipie was great, I did saute the peppers and the onions in a seperate pan first with some oil and spices, before I put them in with the potatoes and kielbasa, I also added some water to help cook the potatoes a little faster.

Asparagus Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2006
This recipie was good. I doubled it and put it in a bigger pan but next time I will use more asparagus and will make more sauce. Other than that it was really good.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
This was the best meatloaf ever. I hate meatloaf because it always seems to be dry this meatloaf was great and so was the sauce. I will make this again for the family.

Stacey's Fabulous Broccoli Fritters

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
These were very dry. I made them again with seasoned bread crumbs and about a tablespoon of butter to moisten the bread crumbs. The cornmeal made it too dry. I also added some shreded cheddar cheese.
