Baja Grilled Chicken Wrap

Very good! I used the finely chopped cole slaw blend and no one even knew it had cole slaw in it until I mentioned it. This is a keeper.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Best cole slaw I have ever made! I made it as written. (The only thing I didn't have was the poppy seeds.) I made it for our 4th of July party today, and everyone liked it. I was a little curious to see if it was going to be too sweet reading some of the other reviews, but no one thought so. I sent some of my friends home w/the recipe!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

DELICIOUS! I made it as written. (The only thing I didn't have was the poppy seeds.) This was a HUGE hit at our 4th of July party today. All the women asked for the recipe, so it's a keeper!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I followed this recipe exactly. My family thought it was ok. I had to cook it about 1.5 hours because the middle wasn't cooked after 1 hour. There was a lot of liquid that came out of it while cooking. I had to drain it and put it back in the oven to finish cooking. I let it rest before cutting it, and it kind of fell apart a bit when slicing. It was moist, but not a keeper in our family.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Super easy and delicious. I only used 1 T of Dijon, but will try 2 the next time because you couldn't even taste it. I used dried parsley and added a little dried basil. I also added some parmesan cheese. Doubled the garlic. Baked it for 10 minutes and the shrimp were perfect.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This was a hit with the entire family. The chicken was super moist and flavorful. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because I think the vinegar taste was a little strong. I LOVE vinegar and I just think it could use a tad less.

Fluffy Pancakes

The BEST pancakes ever! My family gobbled these right up. My batter wasn't "pourable." It was very light so I had to spread the batter w/a spatula, but they turned out fine. Excellent!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Not the best, but good. We thought these were a little too bland. 4 stars because the dough did roll very nice once chilled. Would make again with more vanilla.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

DELICIOUS! Every person that I gave these to for Christmas loved them. I made sandwhiches out of one batch, and left the 2nd batch just plain cookies and they are really good without the "icing" as well. Yum!

Quinoa and Black Beans

I followed the recipe exactly as written. It's good, just not great. My husband and I both thought this was bland. SUPER EASY TO MAKE. Very filling. Will make again with a few more adjustments! :)

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Very good. I used it as a dip for my grilled chicken breast. I might try a little bit of chopped jalapeno pepper next time. I'm glad I didn't spread it over my chicken breast, I thought a little went a long way. Will use this recipe again. :)

Baked Sesame Chicken

Fair. Chicken was moist, but a little salty. I added minced garlic and a little ground ginger to the soy sauce. It would have been bland if I didn't. Coating mixture was still soft on most of the chicken after 40 minutes of baking and I didn't even use all the butter.

Yakisoba Chicken

Very Good. I used 1 T. of the Rooster sauce in place of the chili paste. I used 1 t. of the sesame oil instead of 1/2t. I thought it needed a little more. I used a bag of frozen stir fry veggies because I forgot to buy the cabbage.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

DELICIOUS! Super easy. I seasoned my pork with Adobo all purpose seasoning by McCormick before putting it in the crock pot. I also used Sweet Baby Ray's B-B-Q Sauce. Excellent. Made it for a party and everyone loved it.

S'mores Crumb Bars

Big Hit at my son's school party. Several parents asked me for the recipe. I put all of the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of the pan, and just topped it with the marshmallows and chocolate chips. I used milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet. I cooled them in the fridge, and then cut them into perfect squares! Excellent treat and so easy.

Deep Dish Brownies

I would have given these 3 stars, but my family thought they were very good. You need powdered sugar or frosting on these in my opinion. My edges came out hard 5 full minutes before the timer was up.

Pumpkin Roll II

YUM! First time I made a roll of any kind. Turned out great. The roll was moist and beautiful. I added a pinch of nutmeg and used pecans instead of walnuts. I got 2 rolls out of this recipe.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

EXCELLENT. This is a regular on our menu. So easy and delicious. Don't change a thing. I made this for a dinner party with some picky adult eaters, and they loved it. I cook my chicken and vegetables on seperate skewers so the chicken is moist, and the veggies aren't burnt. I also made this using shrimp, but the chicken is our favorite. I serve this over brown rice or with buttered noodles on the side.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Excellent! Meat was very tender and gravy was delicious. I lightly browned my roast in a skillet with olive oil and seasoned it with salt and pepper before putting it in the crock pot.

Feta Chicken

Wasn't fabulous, but good. Really needs spiced up. I tried it without adding any other spices/herbs for my first try at this recipe, and it was on the bland side. I pounded the chicken and after adding the feta I simply folded the chicken breast in half. Didn't use toothpicks and it came out beautiful. The tomato/basil feta is the way to go. Will make again with additional seasoning!
