Banana Sour Cream Bread

This is the best banana bread recipe. Extremely moist. I modified it to add raisins. Here's what I did: Put 1/2 to 3/4 cup of raisins in a small sauce pan with 1/4 cup of water and boil it until almost all of the water cooks off of the fruit. Turn off the heat and pour Amaretto (you can probably also use brandy) into the pan and light it with a long match to flambe it. Light it and swirl the pan a little to make sure all of the alcohol has burned off. Drain it and add it to the batter. It needs more baking time than what the recipe calls for - or maybe my oven needs to be recalibrated.
