This recipe was good with a few modifications. Added more chili powder than called for, some ground cumin, red pepper flakes, and a shake of nutmeg. Also, subbed Rotel for the diced tomatoes, added a few T of Worcestershire sauce, a can of black beans and a bottle of dark beer. If I make it again, I will use a packet of Williams chili seasoning rather than the chili powder. This probably isn't my favorite chili recipe but it's so healthy, was easy to make and tasted pretty good.
