No-Fuss Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
I made this for the 1st time with friends coming over, which always makes me nervous that it won't turn out. But this was great, everybody loved it. It was quick to make, I had everything mixed and ready to go before my oven was done preheating! I also put some slices of bread at the bottom to absorb the grease... worked great!

Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
I am shocked that this recipe hasn't gotten better reviews. I made these for a New Years Eve party, and every single person who had them, loved them! And I continued to be asked to bring them to other parties, in which they gain even more fans. Sure, they are a little messy to make... but who doesn't love bacon, tater tots, and american cheese?!?! YUMMY!!!! If you find them too salty, then you may have to try a different bacon. Line the pan with aluminum foil to aid in clean up.

I liked this. It tasted good, and wasn't so tedious to make like regular lasagna.

rating is for the sauce only. I found it a little bland, but everyone else who ate them RAVED about them. Easy to make.

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
This was very good. But I couldn't give it 5 stars because I had to add a can of black beans and some corn in it to give it a little more substance... but the flavor was excellent!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
Absolutely AWESOME! Yum, Yum, Yum! I frosted my son's bday cake with this and got rave reviews. The only problem I had with it was that it would thin out when I stirred in the food coloring. But that's because it's the type of frosting you need to fold, not stir. So might be best if you just keep it white.

Ice Cream Cone Treats

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
These were fun. I was nervous how they would turn out and if they would get cooked through, etc. but I had no problems with them. I used mini-muffin tins to bake them in and they fit perfectly. When storing these.. make sure to not store them in a air-tight container because the cones will get soggy and start leaning over. I read that I wasn't suppose to, but still did anyways, and just over night some of them were already starting to get soggy.

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I couldn't believe how easy these were. And they turned out PERFECT!! I was actually worried cause mine didn't seem to be rising like I thought they should, but they still turned out just right. I even refridgerated half of them and made them a few days later... still... PERFECT! I did however, use more brown sugar than I did white.. other than that, followed the recipe. Too bad they aren't fat free, cause I could eat them every day!

Chiliville Chili

ok. real tomato-y. only did 1/4 teas. of the crushed red pepper and the spice was just right for me who likes some, and for my husband who can't handle too much.

Tomato Spinach and Basil Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
I used a package of frozen spinach, dried basil, and a can of crushed tomato since I didn't know when I would get to make it and I didn't want the ingredients to go bad before I did, and it was so good! I'm sure it would be amazing if all fresh ingredients were used!

We really liked this. It was different though... I didn't really think of it as a stir fry, but whatever you call it, it's good! Cheap to make too.
