Baked Ham

Didn't have cloves but put pineapple all over and used half pineapple juice half water. Made a great Easter ham!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

So good and tender! After baking I seasoned the ribs with garlic and onion powder. Then I cooked the ribs in half a bottle(the big one) of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and about 2 cups of water. I also added a little Louisiana hot sauce and a splash of orange juice. I cooked them for about 5 hours in the crock pot on low, then smothered the ribs in the rest of the BBQ sauce and broiled it for about 5 minutes! My husband said they are my best ribs ever!

So I changed this a bit. My husband has to have meat, so I cooked bacon, and instead of the olive oil I cooked it in some of the bacon grease leaving the bacon in the pan. I also added a jalapeno, green pepper and red pepper. Delicious!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Very moist and delicious. Did not have ginger or cloves but used 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp allspice. It made 2-9x5 loaves and I added chocolate chips to one of them.
