Harvey Ham Sandwiches
Turned out very good! Cooked on high for 4 hours and low for 2, then shredded and kept on warm for about two hours. Also I had a 7 pound ham, used almost 2 cups of sugar and probably 6 ounces of mustard bc I hate mustard and was afraid to add all of it. Was perfect for our football party. Served on potato slider rolls with pickles and bandanna peppers. Got rave reviews!

Blooming Onion and Dipping Sauce
Outstanding! I'm not sure why other reviewers said the sauce doesn't taste like Outback, mine sure did! I used regular horseradish and used less than 2 tablespoons. I made it the night before I served it. The onion cutting was easy, I did not cut the root. The battering was a mess and kind of a pain, but worth it in the end. The batter tasted just like Outback. This was SPOT ON Outback's version!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
Oh my goodness. This pie is AMAZING. I used a refrigerated pie crust and added cinnamon to the mixture. BEST PIE EVER! Will be making for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
