Spiced Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
great and easy recipe! Lots of banana flavor and spice, plus it was very moist. Not overly sweet either. I added 1/4 c of wheat germ and 1/4 c of flax seed to the flour before mixing it with the wet ingredients for added nutrition. Thanks for the recipe.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
This recipe is great for busy families. I make it at least once a month especially in the winter. It even makes great flavorful baby food for your little one, just process it up in a food processor a little more for them. My son doesn't like peas but he loves this soup. I've used the ham, sometimes bacon, or left over ham bone at the holidays and it always turns out amazing! Thanks for such a great recipe!

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2007
This was quite possibly ine of the best pieces of salmon I ever had. Like some of the other cooks I added an extra T. of wasabi powder. I didn't have chips so I used panko bread crumbs topped with a little melted butter! It was great! I also like my salmon a little on the rare side so I only did 15 minutes and then under the broiler till the panko browned. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
It is amazing how this dish looks like a creamy soup but tastes exactly like chili! If you do not like spicy ease up on the cayenne because I like spicy and this was almost too much for me. Very delicious...will make again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
very light and delicious! Didn't change anything except added some chopped walnuts. If you like a less sweet muffin you may want to cut back on the sugar...but I really liked it sweet!
