Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This recipe is fantastic, I too read the reviews first and went with the lower fat content I used becel light and light mayo, I also sprinkled in a few bread crumbs because I thought maybe it would melt on hot fish before broiling but I think either way would be good, I also added garlic & onion powder for more flavour, after I mixed it up I was was a little skeptical it really didn't look that good in the bowl but boy was I wrong, absolutel delicious

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad
For me this was a great starting point for what I wanted and it turned out great, I basically made a greek salad and the rest of these ingredients to make a fantastic salad, I cooked the quinoa in chicken broth and crushed the garlic and left it in the salad after it was done, I didn't use the fresh herbs or the chicken, I wanted to have the chicken on the side and next time I will cut back on the fresh lemon it was a little too much I guess because it's fresh, this is a great salad, thanks for sharing it...
