Aimee's Quick Chicken
Easy, very tasty, and the smell is beautiful. I didn't have teriaki sauce, used soy sauce instead, and didn't have bacon bits either, so I used bits of raw, frozen bacon. Still came out great. I cooke it ahead of time because I knew I wouldn't have time to cook lunch the following day, so it marinated in its own juice overnight, and I'm guessing it made it even tastier. I will definitely make it again, maybe even using the original ingredients next time.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V
When our 7-year old saw the ingredients on the kitchen counter, he quickly said "I am not going to eat that, I don't like pineapple". However, when he smelled the cake fresh from the oven, he wanted to try it while it was warm, he just couldn't resist the smell... and he's eating the cake away. It's moist and delicious even after a couple of days in the fridge. We will definitely make it again. I made one minor change: since the pineapple juice from the cans wouldn't fill one cup, I completed it with the liquid from the maraschino cherries. Next time I will try soaking the pineapple rings in rum, yummy.

Eggless Chocolate Cake II
Definitely a recipe to experiment with. I'll certainly bake it again. I didn't have unsweetened chocolate powder, so I used Nesquick instead, and I ran out of vanilla after the first spoon, so I substituted it for Spanish "Licor 43". I also didn't add the baking soda and salt because I used self-rising flour. Once all ingredients were mixed, it didn't look right. It was very watery. The end result was a pleasant surprise.
