Creamy Arroz con Pollo

This is totally amazing. The Progresso sauce made it so easy to make this very tasty and authentic dish. I used four chicken thighs instead of the two breasts because I like dark meat and I think it's cheaper and tastier. I baked some cornbread and mopped up all the sauce and it was one of the best dinners I have ever made.

Pork Chops with Mushroom Onion Gravy

I have made this one more than one occasion..I have served it over egg noodles and brown rice and both turned out quite delicious. This last time I used the Progresso Recipe helper Mushroom sauce but I did saute real mushrooms with the onions.If you have kids you should slice the chops up into bite size morsels and saute them like that.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

This was a great success. I did however sear the chops before baking. The meat just fell off the bone and the combination of apples, onions and sweet potatoes was awsome. I topped it with some more butter and brown sugar and put it under the broiler for a few minutes before serving. Everybody loved it. Michael

Plum Pudding I

An excellent base recipe for an authentic tasting plum pudding. I used brown sugar instead of white and moistened the mix with molassas and Guinness stout.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this turned out. The chicken cooked in its own natural juices. The meat just fell off of the bone and was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for this recipe. I will never bake chicken any other way.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

I was disappointed. The rice was still hard after 1 and a half hours, because the foil did not adequately seal it. I will try it again but next time I will bake it in a round glass casserole dish with a glass lid and put foil between the dish and the lid.
