Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Nice and moist. Tasted great! I added cinnamon and vanilla, but it would have been good without them too. I baked at 325 because I used glass pans--took just over an hour till finished.

No Fail Pound Cake

This came out great! I substituted peach brandy for 1/2 of the water and added a little almond extract. Next time I think that I'll up the peach brandy though.....I liked the taste enough to want some more.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Outstanding. The dough was nice, not too "bready," and the icing was scrumptuous. Next time I might cut back on the flour by 1/2 cup and try adding raisins. Like any great recipe, this is begging for a little experimentation.

Amish White Bread

This is a winner! I tinkered with the recipe a bit. I added an egg and decreased the sugar by about 1/2, and it turned out perfect! Just the right light "yeasty" taste without being overpowering. Oooh, this stuff is good!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is the best pumpkin bread I've ever made. I added raisins and nuts to mine, and used brown sugar for half the sugar. It came out dark and dense and delicious. This one's a keeper!

This is so moist and delicious! I changed just a couple of things--left out the coconut because I don't like it and I used macadamias nuts. My friends this one too.
