Jalapeno Poppers in a Blanket

Great alternative to the messy bacon wrap that does not always cook to ones' liking. Everyone loved these. Not a single one left on the plate. Made just as the recipe states.

Traditional Chilaquiles

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2013
This was excellent. I made it first for my friends at work and they raved about it. My family was the second test because they are not cilantro fans including me and we all loved it! I made it exactly as the recipe states. A keeper and something new at least for us! Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Sunday Brunch Eggs

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2012
Very good and filling breakfast/brunch. I made it as is and it was a winner. Four stars, while it was tasty enough the recipe could benefit from adding a touch of herbs or something to bring the tastiness up a notch.

Cherry Limeade I

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Great recipe! However, for those of us who cant fit a whole 2 liter into a pitcher, I used 1 can of frozen limeade concentrate with almost all of the 2 liter with a little over half of the cherry juice and it came out amazing! Not too sweet and not to tart at all!

French Breakfast Puffs

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
These were good and the family complimented them. They are more like coffee cake and might benefit (although not necessary by any means) from a steusel like something folded in a bit and then pour into muffin pan.

Good! Came out great. I used butter as my shortening on the first try. Will try vegetable shortening next time to see the difference. Thanks!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
This was a big hit with the family. They cleaned out the entire dish! That alone makes it a five star recipe. A keeper for sure. Did add additional liquid to keep it moist as others suggested.

Very good. No one wanted to use steak sauce on steaks marinaded with this recipe. Next time I will marinade for 24 hours, only had time for 6 hours this time but was still delicious!

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2008
My family REALLY liked this recipe. I didn't use mushrooms because I didn't have any and I didn't thicken at the end, looked good the way it was. I don't have a slow cooker so used dutch oven and put at 350 for first hour and 255 for 6 hours. Meat came out nice and tender. Excellent!
