Chocolate Covered Banana Pie

Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I

I altered this recipe right away because it didn't seem like enough to fit a 9X13. I used more of everything except the onion--I only added half an onion. I also added some ground black pepper. We really enjoyed it and I'll be making it again.

This was very easy to prepare and it tasted great. I agree that more liquid needs to be added during cooking, so keep an eye on it.

Brenda's Pepperoni Chicken Rollups

This was excellent. It was definitely worth the time. I used regular ground sausage and added mushrooms to the sauce. I didn't use the full 28 oz. of spaghetti sauce. Great recipe!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

My husband loved this, but I didn't. I thought it was bland and the sauce too rich. I like the suggestions of using sour cream in the sauce and cheddar cheese for the filling. I think cream of mushroom soup would be better than cream of chicken for the sauce.
