Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
Amazing. The only thing I did different was an add an extra jar of chopped green chilies since we love them a lot. It is better than any other recipe of enchiladas I've tried and I've tried a lot. I cooked it early in the day and just put the recipie in the fridge until I was ready to bake it for dinner. It really makes a difference to cook the chicken in all the ingredients. It was so flavorful. Thanks so much for sharing!!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Very good! It was the best chicken parm I've made. I adjusted by lowering the cooking temp on the stovetop and nuked it in the microwave until it was mostly cooked so the outside breading wouldn't burn. I then baked according to directions and it was so moist and yummy. I'd give it a five stars, except I think following the directions exactly you'd burn the breading and then maybe dry out the chicken. I think with those changes it's a 5 star!
