About this Cook
I'm in law school. In my free time I love to cook, & make up my own recipes and try them out on my boyfriend. I dont really know how to cook, my mom never taught me. I'm just learning on my own.
My cooking triumphs
Mashed Potatoes, they're wonderful.
My cooking tragedies
Gravy, thats all i have to say. I made a huge ball of burnt flour.

Granny's Cherokee Casserole
This was a really easy recipe. I had everything in my cabinet which is rare. My boyfriend & roommate really liked it. I think next time I make it I'll add some other stuff like corn & some other spices. The rice also was a little undercooked.

Sweet Potatoes for Two
I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes but my boyfriend is & he really liked this recipe. I think my sweet potatoes were too big because it took much longer to cook, but it was a fairly easy recipe to follow. I'll try it again, but with smaller potatoes.
