Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
Very smooth taste - just the right amount of peanut butter. My son & I also added crushed red pepper to it and it was fantabulous! Will definitely make again! Thanks!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
My children are beyond the realms of picky eating, so when I made this, I omitted the olives and tomatoes. I can't believe it, but they ALL loved it! Fantabulous! Definite hit!

The whole family enjoyed this one. Great flavor. I will make this again, but I will double the amount of broth. YUM!

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
Like most everyone else, I used 6 cubes & 8 cups water and left out the soy sauce. The soup turned out with just the right amount of salt. My eggs didn't form the way I wanted, so it didn't look quite right, but the flavor was right-on!

Vegetable Cheese Soup II

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
I used 2 pounds of asparagus instead of 1 pound of mixed veggies (just my personal choice). It turned out awesome! I used the slow cooker on high for 2 1/2 hours, but I'm sure it's because I didn't cube the cheese small enough. Outstanding flavor - my children even liked it! This will definitely become a favorite of mine!

Chicken in a Pot

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2007
This has fabulous taste! I took other posters' advice and doubled the sauce, however, I felt it was a little too runny. Next time, I'll add a couple more tablespoons of tomato paste and a little less broth. I used Italian seasoning instead of just oregano & it turned out great! New family favorite! Thanks!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2007
The mix is absolutely liquidy...it needed something to hold it together. The recipe states to cook for 20 minutes, however, my burgers started burning after just 8 minutes. Even with the seasonings, it still isn't very good tasting. Skip this recipe!

This is beyond simple, but tastes great! Just like stroganoff - I served it over wide egg noodles. Great!

Parmesan Orange Roughy

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
I used this with pollack - it would be delicious with any white fish. Great recipe! I'll definitely use this recipe again!

Turkey Burger Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2006
I used shredded colby/jack blend cheese instead of cheddar (just my personal choice). The flavor was great! Not overpowering. My children (ages 6, 9 & 11) all actually liked it! (This rarely happens). Just be sure to spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray. This would be good with sausage in place of the turkey for a great all-in-one breakfast meal.

Virgina's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2006
This is a simple recipe that tastes FABULOUS! I'm very picky when it comes to tuna salad and this one is PERFECT! I did add an extra egg and a little extra freshly ground black pepper. Delicious!

Peanut Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
This recipe has great flavor - after having made this, though, next time I will add water chestnuts and a little more red pepper. My skeptical meat-and-potatoes mother even enjoyed it!

Peach Cobbler V

The flavor of this is awesome! It reminds me of when my grandmother used to make cobbler. Please be sure to add the extra sugar when using fresh fruit!
