Grandma Johnson's Scones
I made these the other day to take to a play date. It was my first try at making scones and they turned out great. The moms and kids couldn't stop eating them. I did half the batch chocolate chips and half cranberry orange. I am excited to try other version and know they will become a regular around our house. Thanks for sharing.

French Baguettes
This was my firs try at making bread. I thought it turned out great. I even made it without a bread machine or kitchen aide. Also I used half whole wheat flour and half regular. I know with time and experience it will only get better. Thanks for this great and easy recipe. I know I will use it often.

Tofu Lasagna
suprisingly good. I was given some tofu and had no idea what to do with it. I tried a few recipes and most ended up in the garbage. This one however was a keeper. Even my husband said you couln't tell it was in there. I did add lots of extra seasoning to try to cover the taste of the tofu and I guess it worked.
