On Gelatin Molds

My husband refuses to eat any gelatin molded salads. He says they are not real food. He's probably right. I think they are fun and try a new recipe every now and then. If it is good, I keep it and take it to pot lucks and other dish to pass occasions.
Today's recipe on my web site is one made with a nod to white sangria. The fruits I use are grapes and strawberries. I think the lime and orange juices are key to the flavor. I'm sure any combo of traditional sangria fruits would work in the recipe.
