Got the first box of vegetables from my organic farm share today. Lots of leaf lettuce. Tuesday's recipe is for a raspberry dressing. Really enhances the subtle flavors of the lettuce.

I'm featuring an over the top recipe for some mondo scrambled eggs on my website. Serves 1 dad and teenage son or 6 regular people. Doesn't have quite as many ingredients as when dad makes them himself.

The recipe on my website today is adapted from a cook book I got in Canada. It is for a celery almond salad. The presentation I suggest for it really looks nice on a buffet spread. OR, sometimes I place it in a serving dish with 2 wells and put a radish
