Pumpkin-Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This is a lovely cookie. I don't love nuts in the cookies, so I substituted ground flax seed and craisins. Also added a handful of chocolate chips. Delicious!

Excellent! I used 1/2 lb. fettucine pasta. Plus I removed the shrimp after sauteing it, I also used whipped cream and it thickened wonderfully. Added bonus was that it was done in the amount of time it takes to cook the pasta.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Terrific recipe! I don't like large cookies, so I made these the size of a rounded tsp. and baked at 340F for 8 min. These are my new favorite choc. chip cookies! Thanks!
