Turkey and Yam Spicy Tacos

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2012
We loved this! Great way to do something different with sweet potatoes AND boring 'ol turkey. I did like one reviewer said and served with cabbage. Thank you for a great recipe!

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I had been using the Broiled Tilapia Parmesan recipe from this website because of the high ratings, but this is SOOO much tastier, easier, and lessy messy! It is perfect for any light fish. Thank you so much - a staple in our home!!!!

Denise's Peanut Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2008
This is AWESOME! I did as many reviewers mentioned and used chunky peanut butter. I also increased the garlic and used chili garlic sauce. While it was simmering, I squeezed some fresh lime juice. It was PERFECT! Thanks so much!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2008
Awesome recipe! I did like ChicagoRN2 (I think!) mentioned, and I tripled the veggies, used a rotisserie chicken from the store and it was delicious! I also did as others mentioned and sauteed the veggies before putting them into the soup. I also kept the noodles separate so we can freeze the soup. This soup was delicious, and tasted like I spent all day slaving! Thanks so much!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
AWESOME! We did not use the sesame seeds the first time (didn't have them) and it was still great without. We used dried cherries (preference) and it was delicious! Thank you!

For the ease of the recipe and simple ingredients required, this was a hit! Took no time at all, and I had a great recipe with items on hand. Thanks!

This was pretty good, but I would probably make a few changes in the future if I were to make it again. Thanks anyways!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
Awesome! I used the suggestions by other reviewers and dipped them in a skim milk/vinegar mixture instead of butter. We loved these! They are a great change for chicken! Also used the cookie rack suggestion, and the time was right at 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Thank you very much!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
We absolutely loved this! It's one of those dishes that we usually have the ingredients on hand, but I had never thought to put them together. Very simple but excellent flavor!! Thank you very much - this is definitely a keeper!

Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
Super easy and delicious! I made with feta because that's what we usually have on hand, and the creaminess from the cheese really makes these burgers! Thank you very much!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2007
Amazing! We made the healthier changes (omitted butter, used Pam; omitted cream, used evap skim milk w/ cornstarch to thicken; also used fresh garlic & fresh lemon juice; and added tabasco) and we didn't want to stop eating this! Because of the spiciness, it is very filling and very tasteful. It took us about 30 minutes to cook it, but that was with two of us cooking. However, this dish is worth it. Has most definitely been added to the favorites list. Thank you so much for a great recipe! :-)

Bronco Burger

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2007
These were excellent! We did everything the same, except used double the amount of egg as the recipe calls for to help keep them together. Husband LOVED them! Great flavor and a nice extra kick! We'll definitely keep this as a favorite. Thank you for the recipe!

Mock Ice Cream Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2007
These are great! I also heard of these through a WW member, leaving out the chocolate chips to save on points. I was also told to use Low Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers with FF topping and they were only 1 pt each?? I have found that you really need to let them freeze. If not, the cracker is too hard & the cool whip isn't frozen yet. These treats are fantastic, easy to make & come in super handy for a sweet tooth!

Mediterranean Medley Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
Great way to get your veggies! I used zucchini, green pepper, broccoli, tomato, black olives, cucumber, carrots, and mushrooms for the vegetables. I think I would have liked it better without the broccoli & possibly carrots (at least in my version, just would have blended better without them). Tasted a lot like a true Greek salad, especially with the tomato, cucumber, black olives, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar & feta. Thank You!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I loved these, but I DEFINITELY recommend reducing the amount of cumin. I added corn like another review mentioned & they were excellent! They were great on a whole wheat bun with mustard! Thank you!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
The first time we tried this on the grill and then the next time on the broiler - the broiler made a HUGE difference. I made the directions per Shannon's review, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband kept telling me that he doesn't eat fish and probably wouldn't even try it - but he ate two huge fillets and probably would have eaten more if there would have been anymore left! Thank you so much!
