Fluffy Pancakes
Awesome, easy, and yummy! Kids made with supervision as written. My favorite pancakes every! We made a double batch. I would recommend a double batch for 4 or more hungry people. I am making a double batch again this morning. Half of the batch, I am going to add some vanilla and cinnamon and see how that tastes.

Maple Pancakes
Kids made these pancakes with supervision as written and the adults didn't particularly care for them. They were quite bland. We used grocery store bought Canadian maple syrup and not our good Maryland maple syrup. However, one of the children loved them. That is why I am giving them 3 stars.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Amazing! I have been searching for a recipe that tastes like this for a long time. The texture is chewy and the taste is wonderful. It is the perfect cookie.
