Pizza On The Grill I

Spectacular! I'll never make homemade pizza in the oven again! I love this pizza with roasted peppers and fresh basil but any of your favorite toppings would work.

Bow-Tie Pasta With Red Pepper Sauce

My family loved this pasta! The sauce had a nice bite and couldn't be easier to make even though I had to whip out my blender. ;) I added chicken breast strips that I brushed with olive oil and fresh minced garlic before baking. This recipe is definitely going in our rotation and next time I will double the sauce and make more pasta so we'll have more leftovers. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

This came out really delicious, but it was a lot of work. I wasn't super keen on using three different pans to cook one dish in, but I was looking for something differnt and this served that purpose. Thanks for sharing.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

This was my first attempt at fettuccine and it came out really delicious. I'm going to make it a little creamier next time because I used more mushrooms then what was called for. I used creole seasoning instead of cajun seasoning and it came out perfect. Thanks for the recipe - I will definitely make this again and again!

Aunt Lillian's Crumb Cake

I REALLY loved the ease of this recipe. The coconut added something special to the taste and texture of this very moist cake. Took some to my parents and they also raved. Thanks for sharing your family recipe.

Caramel Corn Snack Mix

Made this to take to the game and it worked great! I used peanuts because I had them and we all loved it. I will need to buy a bigger bowl because my biggest bowl could not hold all the ingredients and I certainly wouldn't have been able to mix the sauce in so I had to use 2 big bowls which worked out fine. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

I made this last week and my family loved it. After I first baked it, I took half over to my mom's and I'm sorry I did because our half was gone so fast and we all wanted more. Even my picky 11 yo loved it. Oh well, I'll have to make it again tonight. Thanks for posting!

Apple Fritters I

My family LOVED these! Not sure how they lasted past the first day, but these were even better the day after. I did learn to sprinkle the confectioners sugar (which I mixed with cinnamon) on just before eating otherwise the whiteness from the sugar disappeared before we ate them. Thanks for the recipe!

Pizza Casserole

My family loved this dish, and we have a picky pre-teen. Like others I used mushrooms instead of peppers due to personal preference. I also increased the amount of sauce and used a lot more cheese. We will definitely make this again. Thanks!

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

THESE ARE AWESOME!!! OMG, sooooooo good! It was hard to stir, but the "effort" was so worth it! I omitted the raisins, added coconut and drizzled melted chocolate on top. FANTASTIC! THANK YOU!

Great Mac and Cheese

Gooey and delicious! Even without the onion. I also used a bag and a half of shredded Mexican cheese. YUM! Thanks for the best macaroni and cheese recipe I've found yet!
