Italian Rigatoni Casserole

This was awesome. I added onions and mushrooms to the meat while cooking. I also used ground venison instead of ground beef. There is less fat in venison and the taste is the same. I was short on mozzarella cheese so I made up the difference in cheddar cheese. Very simple and excellent tasting

Italian Herb Bread II

This was the best Italian bread ever!! My hubby says it is better than the Italian Herb Bread from Subway. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. I used my Kitchen Aide Mixer instead of a bread machine. I baked it on a pampered chef cooking stone.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

These ae the best but I made them better by using crunchy peanut butter and half chocolate and half butterscotch chips.

Ground Beef N Rice Pie

Chicken Noodle Casserole

I added cream of celery and mushroom soup. Poultry seasoning and sage. It was great and I will make it again. I also added more chicken to make a larger amount to share with friends.

Ham N Egg Skillet

Instead of ham I added 1/2 pound of country sausage. I cooked the sausage first and drained it and set aside. I used the grease from the sausage to saute onions, bell peppers and mushroom. I had to add a little butter to the vegetables to have enough grease to ssaute. It was excellent! I will fix this again! Family loved it!
