Fried Chicken Tenders

This was very good, I did add some parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs. Also, for me 2 quarts of oil is really scary. I put about 1/8 of an inch in the bottom of the frying pan.

Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

This is a 5 star recipe. It was very warm with the Chile Sauce, from the Asian isle in the grocery, (not chili sauce) but it was delicious.The aroma while it was cooking filled the house. I am saving it to my Recipe Box.
