I just tried this recipe. It turned out great. I read the reviews of others . I didn't have cinnamon oil so I put about a tablespoon of ground cinnamon in with syrup. I also used Brachs Cinnamon Bits instead of red hots. Used one teaspoon less of butter. Also listened to everyone else and dried it out in a 200 degree oven for an hour turning ever 15 mins. It is wonderful!

Potluck Spareribs

Even though most of my huge family didn't care for the sauce, ( too much like asian sauce) the method was terrific! The ribs were fork tender and made with such ease. I will use your method over and over again. Thanks!!!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This was the most asked for recipe at our Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved it. I made the potato part the day before, put the topping ingredients in a ziplock bag and taped it to the covered cassarole and put in the refridgerator till time to cook the next day. A wonderful recipe..Thanks!
