Kielbasa with Brussels Sprouts in Mustard Cream Sauce

This is now officially my favorite brussel sprouts recipe. I love it!! I didn't do the garlic and shallot in the oven part. That would take too long. I just sauteed them in olive oil in a skillet, added the sausage, steamed the sprouts, then mixed that all together with the beans and the creamy mustard sauce. What a delicious combination!

T's Sweet Potato Fries

I cut them fairly thin, then baked them for 30 min. like the recipe says. Soggy. Baked them another 30 min. Still soggy. How in the world did you get them crispy? Flavor was pretty good.

Exquisite Yeastless Focaccia

Delicious! I didn't sift the dry ingredients (because I'm lazy) and used all whole wheat flour. We LOVED this served with olives and feta cheese while we watched the movie "Australia". perfect!

Cheesy Stuffed Shells

Used lots more garlic than the recipe called for. This recipe filled 2 big pans full of pasta shells! So, now I have one pan full in the freezer to which I will add spaghetti sauce and mozzarella when we want to enjoy this very tasty dish again!
