Chocolate Cheesecake I

It tasted great. Slightly overdone but I am guessing thats the same problem I always have when converting to celcius. Only real problem was the chocolate cooled far too much in the cream cheese and started to harden before it could be fully blended. Although, all my Hubby's work mates said it tasted good too. Tiniest crack - no bath used.

Fudge Layer Cake

Kids liked it - but they like anything that starts with the name chocolate. Wasnt overly impressed myself. I didnt make frosting as we create Mousse Cakes with them - but it was far too heavy for the mousse and it was eaten as is.

Marble Swirl Pound Cake

Delicious! I used Coffee flavouring instead of vanilla, and added that part after it was seperated - so it was a real Mocha Treat!

Polly Welby's Excellent Chocolate Mousse

Utterly Scrumptious! I was making a cake at the request of my daughter for her birthday .. and this coccoons two delicious layers of "Chocolate Lovers Torte". As I have 1, 3 and 4yo's, I needed a recipe without raw egg. This was perfect, and really yummy to boot. I sprinkled "flake" chocolate over the top of the cake so its a real hit! I have used Cadbury's Dark Chocolate being in Australia.

Chocolate Lover's Torte

Fairly simple to put togeher. Came out great - didnt settle too much. Tastes great. I used Almond meal in the first, and grated chocolate in the second. Next two are going under lock and key so the kids dont eat them before I can frost them!
