Chocolate Banana Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2011
I made this with just a few changes. I used 1/2 cup of coconut oil (my box of mix said to use 1/2 a cup-not 1/3), 2 cups of bananas bevause i had a lot, and sprinkled chocolate chips on top. It made two big loaves of soft and delicious choc banana cake. This was a great easy recipe!

Quick Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2011
I have made many "from scratch" banana breads, but this recipe beat them all in my house. The bread was great. Added cinnamon and nutmeg, but that was the only alteration. Also-remember that bisquick rises!! Don't fill your pan/s very high!!

This is great. I added the red pepper flakes as some reviewers said, which we like. This is so easy and the kids love it.

Great recipe! Only had white sugar on hand for the streusel, so I added a glob of honey (just for the flavor). Kids both loved it!

Speedy Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
Wow, how easy! I think next time I would add a little bit (maybe a tablespoon or so) or butter dotted on top, and I also broiled it for a minute to brown the marshmallows on top, but tasty and really quick!

Banana Pancakes I

YUM!! I like my pancakes a little over done, so i'm glad these kind of need to be cooked a little longer to get rid of the mushyness. My picky 4 year old loves them!!-Also they freeze really well. Always a bonus for us.

This was really good! I used the lowfat crescent rolls(trying to cut down...) and lowfat cream cheese. Also, as some others said, used 1 1/2 blocks of cheese instead of 2 and used 1/4 cup of butter. Everyone loved it!

This was great. I made it for Easter morning breakfast and everyone loved it! I didn't see at first that it was only 6 servings and I had more people, so I used the cans of dough separately and made 2 skinnier ones. Still worked! Yum!!
