Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
This is really good bread. but the cooking time is way to long. I only had to bake mine for 50 min. and it still was a little over cooked. 60 to 70 like the recipe states is way to long.

Amazing Hawaiian Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
I made this because it sounded different but good at the same time. It was ok but nothing special, It took ALLOT longer to prep and make than what it said. I think brown sugar would give a better flavor. I don't know if I will make this agian. Unless I really "tweak" it.

Potato Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
I made this for dinner, I cant imagine cooking this for an hour and a half, when it is not that great of a meal. I thought it was boring. it really lacks something. I did cut the cooking time in half by boiling the potatoes first. then it only had to bake in the oven for 30 min.

Amish Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
I have been making this recipe for about 20 years, we grew up with it. except instead of layering it we mix it all together on top the stove, just untill its hot. It cuts your cooking time in half. and we also like corn in it as well. It is so good!!

Self-Filled Cupcakes II

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
I liked the Idea of this recipes but not hte finnished product, I followed it to a "T" and the first batch sank in the middle, my second turned out a lot better. I did not add the egg to the filling on the second batch ( 2Tb of water instead)and they raised more than the first batch. it does not need that egg in the filling at all. I dont think these are worth the effort for only a mix.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
It is weird seeing this recipe since my mom has been making them this exact way for over 30 years, its my favorite. except I would change the garlic powder for garlic salt or crushed garlic it will give it more flavor and I think it tastes best with one can cream mushroom with one can cream chicken also with 2 cans it wont be dry.

Hamburger Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
I have been making this dish for years!, but I do find that 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can tomato soup has better flavor and also I spread the meat mixture out to cover the whole pan and make enough potato's to cover all the meat mixture, This really is comfort food!!

Alfredo Sauce

This sauce has WAY to much butter in it, after it cooled a little there was a pool of butter in the bottom of the pan. I dont think we'll make this again

AWESOME!!, you can also make these instead of cake, use crushed OREOS and cream cheese mixed together to form the ball, and coated in chocolate or any coating.
