Baked Potato
I am not given to creating reviews. However, for years I microwaved potatoes for the time saving aspect. One day I put the potatoes in the conventional oven because I had other stuff in there. I had forgotten hot good conventionally baked potatoes are. Went out and bought a cheap toaster oven. I have never microwaved a potato again. If you use medium or even on the small side potato they cook in 45 minutes at a 45 degree oven. I like to rub them in salad dressing first.

Chicago-Style Hot Dog
OMG! I have lived in Chicago for 60 years, and This Is It! We have traveled around the country and have found "Chicago Style Hot Dogs" in many places with Ketchup, Mustard and Relish. What are they thinking? It's not really that hard

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets
This is an excellent way to saute chicken or turkey breasts. Also works well for pork cutlets. I have used No-Mayonnaise Ranch Dressing, (from this site). This Ranch dressing is excellent in general, and has sour cream and buttermilk as main ingredients. I always have it on hand, even if I do not have sour cream available.
