I wish I had something to put here but my Mom raised us as Queen Of The Microwave. I continued in her footsteps for many years until I finally decided I loved my husband to much for the continuous torture of boxed food =)

Sara's Iced Coffee
This was REALLY good! I did change it a bit tho because I didn't have any cream. I used the same amount of coffee, ice and vanilla but instead of cream and sugar I used sweetened condensed milk to taste- alittle more than 1/2 cup-that way I also didn't need extra water or cooling time. Just toss it together and go!

BBQ Chicken Calzones
This was really good and pretty simple. I used whole chicken breasts-cooked and then diced in my veggie dicer-and we also used turkey bacon. We didn't have any "bacon grease" thankfully, since we wanted to keep this on the healthier side. I would absolutely make it again =)

Easy Cinnamon Fudge
After reading all the mixed reviews I played around with the recipe just a tad. I added extra con. sugar until it thickened up nicely ( as in the recipe for the vegan fudge if anyone has used it) We like our fudge a but more on the gritty side vs. the creamy side. I did add a larger amount of cinnamon since it is titled "cinnamon fudge" =) I literally just made it and it's now in the fridge. Will have to do a follow up on it later since I made it for our party this evening. Right now the 4 stars are for ease of making the fudge.
