Crusty Loaf Cake

I was in a hurry to make a cake for a gathering and this cake was perfect. Tasty, quick and easy to prepare. I will be making this cake often for my friends and family. It is also great doctored up with decorations.

Aunt Johnnie's Pound Cake

This was my first attempt at making a pound cake from scratch and I was a little leery of the outcome BUT to my delight the cake was perfect! My husband and children really enjoyed the cake and asked me to make it again during the T'giving holiday season.
