This was great and so fast and easy!!! I only used about 2 3/4 cup flour and added 3 tablespoons of olive oil in place of the vegetable oil. I added about 2 tsps of rosemary herb seasoning. I also let the dough rest for about 30 minutes as another reviewer suggested. I then rolled the crust and pre-baked it for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then took it out, added my sauce and cheese, and baked it for another 20 minutes. I baked it most of the time on a pizza stone, but for the last 10 minutes I took it off the stone and did it directly on the oven rack to firm the dough up a bit. The pizza turned out Fantastic! My husband couldn't believe I made the dough myself! And my kids also devoured it! Thanks for the recipe, I will definately be using this again!
