Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
I made this for Thanksgiving and it was also my first time making it. I used my mom's old cast iron skittle. It turned out perfectly. Before I poured the batter into the skillet I added some chopped pecans along with the pineapples and cherries. I received rave reviews. Very easy to make. Oh, I also used a yellow cake mix batter and just used the pinapple juice for the liquid. Yummm!!!

Healthy Turkey Loaf
Absolutely delicious!! I doubled the ingredients on this recipe. I also chopped up and added some green bell pepper and also sprinkled in some Lawry's Low Sodium Seasoned Salt along with the lemon pepper. I preheated my oven to 375 degrees and cooked for 1 hour. About 5 minutes before it was done, I added some Sweet Baby Ray's honey BBQ sauce on top and placed the loaf back in the over for the remaining 5 minutes. So delicious. Yum!!!
