Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I have been making this recipe for over a year and am just now reviewing. It is absolutely my favorite quiche recipe! I leave out the mushrooms (my household doesn't like them) and I use fresh washed and dried spinach. I use a couple of large handfuls of spinach. Great recipe! If you haven't tried it. TRY IT!!!!

Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

This was amazing! I used apple instead of raisins and red bell pepper instead of celery. Actually surprised my meat-eater husband considered it fit enough to be a stand alone meal.

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
I substituted tomato sauce with 1T worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of sugar for the ketchup. This makes it less sweet which suits our family better. I also form them in muffin cups. LOVE this recipe!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
Amazing, Here are my changes...1 1/4 c sugar, 3 T butter, all semisweet chips. Tried to cook to softball stage on my thermometer (could be broken) and never got there after 7 minutes so I stopped. I would not suggest going further. Scooped into pan (didn't really pour in). I would certainly follow the All Recipes fudge tips! This recipe turned out amazing, so smooth and creamy.
