Turkey Brine
This was sooooo good! This was my first time to brine a turkey and it was wonderful. I will NEVER cook another turkey with out doing this first! Only thing I did not use was the savory, only because I had none and the small town I live in does not carry it......ohhhh my husband loved it. This man doesn't like turkey but was ready for the Christmas one to be cooked :)

Microwave Peanut Brittle
This is the frst time I have made any kind of brittle, so I had no clue what to expect. I made this exactley how it said. You do have to work fast, it starts to set up rather quickly, In all I was really concerened that my bowl would not be usable anymore. After all was done, the brittle is terrific, my bowl came nice and clean after a nice little soak. I love this brittle. I have shared with some peeps and they said it to be the best to! The hubby wants me to try adding cinnamin or red pepper to it...not sure about that one though!

Peanut Butter Balls IV
I made these almost exacltely how it was written. I only used 3 1/2 cups of teh sugar....while they are still naked little balls in the fridge, the peanaut butter part is WONDERFUL I mixedit al lwith a hand mixer and then kneaded with my hand to get it all together. I also kneaded alittle in my hand before rolling into balls. The texture is creamy and delish! cant wait to taste them with the chocolate on them. Also I got 45 ball out of it using a small cookie scoop. One more thing, with the maple flavoring they taste a little like the peanut butter the schools would give you at lunch time with a yeast roll, anyone remeber that? YUMMO!
