My whole family loved this! I made mine a day ahead and the flavors became a little too strong for my taste so I added 2 more cups of tomato juice. I will definitely make this again.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

I didn't have any cardamom, so I used some ginger. These were delicious! Everyone especially loved the salsa. It's great on other things too. Thanks for this recipe!

Great salad! I used a lot of lettuce because it looked like so much dressing. I only used about a tablespoon of sugar in the dressing itself and it seemed to taste fine.

Sassy Steak Marinade and Sauce

I have to admit I was skeptical; I don't know why. But this was fantastic! Without a doubt I'll be using this again. I made this for Mother's Day and my mom loved it! The mushroom sauce is great, which is saying a lot because I hate mushrooms.

Cheesecake

So simple- and it tasted great! If other reviewers didn't like the egginess they may want to try adding another 8 oz package of cream cheese like I did. I had no problems and it tasted delicious. Thanks for this recipe!

World's Best Potato Salad

Delicious! I didn't have evaporated milk, but plain skim milk worked fine for me. I also cut back on the sugar- I used slightly less than 1/4 cup. Thanks for sharing!

Skewered Potatoes

I made this exactly as the recipe said and it tasted great. We were planning to grill them along with some turkey burgers, but ended up broiling them when we found out all of the gas in our grill was gone. They tasted fine this way too. There's plenty of dressing- if it seems dry then just keep basting them or even serve them with the remaining dressing.

Cinnamon Brownies

Yum I could smell the cinnamon when they were baking. They turned out great and I could taste the cinnamon. I wanted something different but I was a little hesitant (chocolate/cinnamon- why try to fix something that's already good?), but they were delicious.

Ranch Dressing II

I just needed the flavoring in place of a packet of dry ranch dressing mix. It was for a corn salad and this was so much better! I used fresh chives, dill and parsley because the herb garden is really full and it tasted great!

These were very good! The batter was really, really thick, so I added some applesauce and water to thin it a little. I also stirred in about a heaping 1/4 cup of chocolate chips.

This was great and easy to make- i hardly took any time at all. I used regular fresh mushrooms and adjusted the recipe for 6 people. I'm not a big zucchini eater, but I really liked it in this dish! Even my picky little sister ate this.

Applesauce Sandwich

I told my friends how good this is and they didn't believe me until they tried it for themselves. It's so easy! I use low-cal bread, unsweetened applesauce, and just spray down the skillet with cooking spray. This is great with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top!
