Roasted New Potatoes

Green Salsa

My kitchen is running very low on ingredients- fortunately I was able to throw this together! And it was really tasty. I didn't have the full amount of apples, so I threw in some raspberries. They probably weren't needed- but they were tasty!!

Fudge Cake

It's a fairly good cake. Not the best I've ever had and I probably won't use this recipe again. But it was passable, looked good, tasted good.

Creamy Frosting

I wish I'd read the first review ahead of time- sadly I only had skim milk, I cooled it down mostly, but I don't think it was cold, etc. I wouldn't rate it down since it's pretty much my fault that it looked odd, but I did NOT like the taste of it. Hmm. I dunno.

German Pancakes II

So good! I never add sugar to my German pancakes-too sweet for my liking. Just a little honey, powdered sugar or jam on top is perfect.

Crusty White Bread

Goulash Supreme

I'm vegetarian, but for some reason (the weather I guess?) I really wanted to eat some goulash. So this worked well- I just didn't use any ground beef. :] Easy.

German Chocolate Cake Frosting II

As I was cooking this I got a little bit worried. It seemed to be really thin, but I didn't have any cornstarch to use as some people had suggested. So I turned up the heat and cooked it and cooked it, and it thickened up really nicely. After stirring in the nuts and coconut I was happy. I put it on some brownies for my boyfriend's birthday. Excellent! :]
