Becky, where ever you are, you deserve a hug...and a cookie! This is THE best chicken salad ever!! If you're thinking about making this, and the mixture of ingredients is scaring you, don't worry! It will turn out awesome...the only thing I changed was to cut down on the mayo a little, and also, I didn't have sliced almonds, so I used almond pieces...TERRIFIC!

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I just ate the leftover mushroom that we had for lunch, and it was just as good as last night! Very rich, but soooo tasty! Will DEFINITELY be making again.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

Very good! I marinated the chicken breast (cut into strips) for about 5 hours and then fried them up in some olive oil. I boiled the rest of the marinade and then served over the chicken and white rice. I will definately be using this recipe again!

At first, I thought there wouldn't be nearly 64 servings, but since it is so rich, it is definately 64. Very good and everyone loved it--super easy.

I think this recipe is pretty good, and would definately make again, but next time would not use this kind of bread--I think it was too hard. Toasted hoagies would probably work better.
