Real N'awlins Muffuletta

These were a super hit!! We made them for Super bowl/Mardi Gras party and they were great! I bought the bread from a south coast grocery store specifically for muffuletta's..They turn out HUGE so we ended up with waymore than enough. I put mine in tin foil, let them sit in the fridge for a couple of hours and baked them for about 30 minutes and served them hot...Fabulous!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was easy, fast and awsome!! I used frozen mixed veggies cooked in chicken broth along with chicken. Added diced potatos also cooked in chicken broth. I did also double the sauce. I will use this every time!! I will also take advise of others and try different meats and sauces. Thanks for a keeper!

Chocolate Cheesecake II

Awsome cheesecake. I made just a small amount of the topping and drizzled instead of pouring on, and I used the rest to dip strawberrys for the top of cake. Also I used graham cracker crust... but will use cookies next time.

Easter Basket Cake

I had so much fun making this cake. There are so many fun candies and ways to make it preety.The top layer did crack a bit on one side but I fixed it and turned it around so no one saw it!! Very easy and fun... Thanks!!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

Fresh Green Chile Quiche

I suibsitited the feta with blue cheese like suggested and got nothing but rave's from shower guests. I'm from N.M. so I had fresh Hatch green chili. Will make this again!
