Pepperoni Bread

I really enjoyed this! We added more seasonings and cheese, and next time I think I'll add mushrooms and olives to get a real pizza taste... :) Thanks for the recipe!

Whipped Sweet Potato Casserole

Will make again! I think I will mash the potatoes next time instead of whipping them, I like the added texture. Tossed in a few pecans on top for flavor.

Cinnamon Rolls III

I love how fast the bread maker made this for me! I enjoyed the flavor and the texture (didn't try the frosting tho). I brought it in to work and didn't get any feedback which is unusual... I don't know if people didn't like the nuts? Will make again with raisins instead! Thanks for the great recipe!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Very good and also very pretty. Used seedless raspberry jam in place of the raspberry sauce (much quicker!). It serves quite a few as it's rather rich. I hope it freezes well.

Glazed Beef Loaf

There's ~ 4 steps to this recipe, read it slowly. I did not and just mixed it all together... And it still turned out great! The husband loved it and I was excited I could sneak in a few carrots. Next time I'll do it as the recipe directs, add a bit more cheese and veggies. Thanks Marjorie!

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

I've made this one 3 times now and each time I've gotten great reviews! I've wanted a lemon-blueberry flavor, so I substituted a Pillsbury lemon cake mix and omitted the pudding. Icing was just powdered sugar, milk, lemon extract. It was great! Will use many more times! Thx for the great recipe! **UPDATE** Accidentally left out the sugar, too, and I love how it's a simpler flavor and not so sweet! I'll be omitting the sugar and pudding in the future. Love it!

Pasta Carcione

Wow, my husband could NOT stop talking about this one! Thanks for the great recipe, I'll try others tips next time. I used whole wheat pasta (al dente!) and instead of mixing it together, served it over an Italian blend salad mix. Will definitely make again! *Update* Still a favorite! Have added more seasonings and tried black olives with it, too. Great for a light evening meal, or a beautiful side (compliments fish nicely)

Fluffy Pancakes

This recipe was alright. Not the best, but I'll probably use it again. Substitutions: 1) used veg oil 2) added vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, & blueberries. Husband said they were good. Definitely cook on Low-Med heat. Thanks!

Make Ahead French Toast

Served it for my family and Mom was very impressed, Hubby loved it, too! Only substitution was plain yogurt for half-and-half. Dumped all of the egg mixture in and it wasn't soggy at all! Just moist - Will make again! **Update: Best with challah and 3/4 c. br sugar. For those who don't like nuts, omit the pecans and add 2 t. cinnamon. Delicious!

Would give it a 4.5 if I could :) 4 stars because the batter was difficult to spread out, but 5 stars because the husband loved it. Will definitely make it again and am passing the recipe along!

It tasted good, but my husband said it reminded him more of a strudel than a kringle. Had enough dough to make 2: a walnut and one with apple pie filling. The walnut reminded me of baclava and we enjoyed the apple pie filling more, both were a sweet treat.
