About this Cook
I am a recent graduate of Virginia Tech and am looking for a mechanical engineering job in the San Francisco bay area.
My favorite things to cook
Any type of bread, new types of pizzas, indian food, desserts!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making a bunny cake every easter when I was little. We used two round cake layers and cut one into ears and a bow-tie for the bunny; decorated it with coconut (dyed pink for the bow-tie) and gummy worms for whiskers!
My cooking triumphs
homemade fortune cookies, 100 times better than the packaged ones!
My cooking tragedies
none so far, or maybe I've conveniently forgotten

Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins
Great muffin! A tasty, good-for-you version of the old blueberry muffin. Great with flax seed meal added and some chocolate chips if you don't have enough blueberries. I also a small amount of brown sugar and a few drops of vanilla.
